Social Media Manager
ABOUT US:
At Absolute Scuba Dive Resort, we are a 5-star PADI dive resort committed to providing unforgettable diving experiences in the beautiful waters of Bali. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Social Media Manager to elevate our online presence and engage our vibrant community of diving enthusiasts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and drive bookings.
- Create engaging, high-quality content (images, videos, stories) that showcases our diving experiences, resort features, and customer testimonials.
- Manage daily social media activities across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.), including posting, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide reports on performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to align social media campaigns with promotional efforts and seasonal offers.
- Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and innovative.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools, including analytics and scheduling software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for diving and travel. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
